Dr. Edward I. Lowry attended Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1974, He has practiced in Coeur d Alene since that time. Dr. Lowry received his Undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington State University in Cheney, Washington. Dr. Lowry has been active and continues to be in many aspects of Dentistry. Over the years he has been a member of several dental organizations. Including the American Dental Association, The Idaho State Dental Association and the Panhandle Dental Society.
Dr. Lowry has spent many hours in Continuing Educations programs. He has taken many training opportunities in areas of Orthodontics, Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry, as well as Implant Dentistry in both areas of surgical implant placement as well as implant restoration, His is one of the original members of the Study Club sponsored by “The Spokane Center for Tissue Integrated Reconstruction.” This study club is a group that meets regularly with a continuing emphasis on Dental Implant placement and restoration.
Dr. Lowry has a very loyal following of dental patients many who have had him as “Their Dentist” for many years.
When Dr. Lowry is not busy in his dental office he is usually fixing something as he is very skilled in many areas. He might be found helping a friend on a project, or riding his dirt bike along some impossible terrain. He may also be found in the skies pursuing his passion of flying his airplane.
Dr. Lowry is well known for his common sense and practical approach to Dentistry. Over time many have appreciated and found this approach to be very helpful in their pursuit of great dental health.
